Currently, he is Legal Officer at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where he handles the organization's Data Protection and Privacy Programme.
He was the Head of the Office of the Data Protection Officer of the Catalan Health System (Research and Health Care).
Adjunct professor of International Public Law and International Relations at University of Barcelona.
Member of the Consolidate Research Group “Bioethics, Law and Society: Interdisciplinary analysis of ethical, legal and social aspects of biomedicine, biotechnology and emerging technologies” (BIOELSi) (SGR 00353) of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
